A 56-year-old man is facing multiple charges following a crash late Wednesday in Brockton.
Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) say officers from the South Bruce detachment were summoned to a house on Main Street in Elmwood at around 10:30 p.m. When they arrived, they saw the house had been hit by a vehicle.
Police observed the driver and noticed alleged signs of impairment, placing him under arrest.
The driver, from Brockton, has been charged with impaired driving, driving with high blood-alcohol concentration, dangerous driving, and failure or refusal to comply.
The charges have not been proven in court. The suspect was released and will have a chance to respond to the charges in a Walkerton court on November 25.
