The road was closed for almost 9 hours between Berry St. and Wedgewood St.
Crews were called to the site since 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 9.
No word on the cause of the break at this time.
This wages will be funded through water and wastewater rates, which saw an average increase of nearly $5.50 a month in 2026.
