Arrest, Break and Enter
Chatham-Kent police responded to a business on Queens Line in Chatham Saturday morning.
At around 8:25 a.m. the owner of the business called police because cameras captured three suspects who were in the compound who split up.
Several officers attended the area and a drone was utilized.
The suspects were arrested for Break and Enter.
All of the suspects are facing break and enter commit theft under $5,000 and possession under $5,000 charges.
One of the males was additionally charged with failing to comply with probation.
One of the males was released on a future court date while the other two were held for a bail hearing.
Arrest, Weapons
A 26 year-old man was arrested in Wallaceburg Saturday after he allegedly threatened a male with a handgun during a dispute over the sale of a boat.
Police were called around 12:24 p.m. and police found the man a short distance away and was arrested without incident.
The handgun was located by police and was confirmed to be a realistic looking Glock BB gun.
The suspect was taken to Chatham-Kent Police Headquarters where he was later released on a future court date with conditions.
Arrest, Impaired by drug
CK police were called to a drive- thru Saturday evening at business on St. Clair St. in Chatham.
A female driver allegedly passed out in the drive-thru lane while behind the wheel of a vehicle.
Police determined that her inability to operate a motor vehicle was because she was allegedly impaired by the use of drugs.
She was arrested and was held for a bail hearing.
