It's a busy day at the University of Guelph's Ridgetown Campus.
Approximately 1,200 people are expected to attend today's spring graduation ceremony. Director of the campus Ken McEwan says no matter how many of the ceremonies you attend, it never gets old.
"It's youth, it's excitement, there's exuberation, this is an important milestone for many people in their journey," says McEwan. "And as we talk about the classroom of life and personal growth, this is a major, major milestone, it's something that people will always remember."
With 293 students graduating today, McEwan calls it one of their larger graduating classes.
