The lucky parents are Courtney Kettle and Austin Williams, who welcomed a baby boy, Marsavian Joshua Williams, early in the morning.
According to Bluewater Health, the baby was 6 lbs 15 oz and 19. 3 inches in length.
On top of welcoming a new baby boy, the family will be receiving a gift package from Poppies, the hospital gift shop, as is tradition for the first baby born in the new year.
