35 members of Unifor Local 672 have voted 63 per cent in favour of a new collective agreement, ending a four month long strike. Union National Representative Glen Sonier says the new deal provides a nine per cent pay raise over four years, retroactive to October of last year. He says the employer, S.G.S. Canada also removed its demand for part-time workers.
