Spring Slowdown For Real Estate

It was a slightly slower month of May for Real Estate Sales in Sarnia-Lambton compared to May 2014. Board President Jane Baker says monthly sales were down 3 per cent compared to last year, but the year to date numbers are up 7 per cent. She says there has been solid turnover for what she considers a good starter home. Baker says she's confident by year's end the 2015 numbers will rival the record breaking numbers from last year.
