Over 500 local elementary school students stayed home today. Lambton Public Health Supervisor Erin Courtney says the health unit has not received updated immunization records or proof of exemption. Lambton Public Health says the records include immunizations for diphtheria, tetanus, polio, mumps, rubella, measels, and, as of this year, meningitis, whooping cough and chicken pox for children born in 2010 or later.
