A special weather statement has ended for some areas as strong winds roll through the region.
Environment Canada has ended the weather statement for Chatham-Kent, Windsor-Essex, and the London-Middlesex area.
A cold front brought in strong westerly winds with gusts of 70 km/h, and isolated wind gusts up to 80 km/h.
Environment Canada warned that isolated power outages could be possible.
The wind died down Wednesday afternoon.
