Talks involving bargaining teams from the City of London and CUPE local 101 will resume later this week.
A statement from the city says its negotiators and those from the union representing striking inside workers will return to the bargaining table on Friday.
It will be the first time the two sides have met since talks collapsed Sunday, May 24. The workers went on strike the next day.
The statement reads in part, "We value our employees and want them back to work as soon as possible. The City is anxious to return to the bargaining table to end the strike. Our lead negotiator reached out to the union on May 28th to reiterate that the City is available to get back to the table to discuss all outstanding issues for both parties."
It also says city manager Art Zuidema sent a copy of the city's offer to the striking workers to "ensure our employees have the facts."
The city says its offer includes wage increases in each of the four years, as well as benefit improvements.
Recently, officials with CUPE local 101 have called concession demands from the city "ridiculous."
