The Chatham Barnstormers will open their season in the newly re-branded Canadian Baseball League (CBL) at home against the Guelph Royals.
The schedule for the 2026 regular season was announced on Monday, with everything getting started on May 13 when the Toronto Maple Leafs host the Kitchener Panthers.
The Barnstormers will hit the diamond two days later for their first game.
This will also be the first season that the Barnstormers play 48 regular-season games. This was one of several changes announced when the Intercounty Baseball League became the CBL during the off-season.
There are some dates Barnstormers' fans will want to highlight on their calendars.
On May 23, the team will host the Hamilton Cardinals. Hamilton eliminated the Barnstormers during last year's playoffs.
On June 9, the Barnstormers will welcome the defending champion Welland Jackfish to Fergie Jenkins Field.
