4th annual Community Recognition Awards celebrates volunteerism

The municipality celebrated those individuals at the fourth annual Community Recognition Awards.

"These are all residents go the extra mile and put their skills, effort, and time into making Chatham-Kent a better place for everyone," said Mayor Darrin Canniff.

The mayor extended his gratitude to all the award winners and their families as well as those who came out to honour them at the award ceremony.

"CK wouldn't be as amazing as it is without each and every one of you," he stated.

The awards were sponsored by CN Railway again this year.
