Power tools stolen from Wallaceburg business
Chatham-Kent police are appealing to the public for tips after several power tools were stolen from a Wallaceburg business.
Police were called to the business on Dufferin Avenue to find that a suspect cut a lock in order to gain access into the building sometime overnight.
Several power tools valued at approximately $6,999 were stolen.
The investigation is ongoing. There are currently no suspects.

A 36-year-old woman is in more trouble with the law after a family dispute at a residence on McNaughton Avenue in Chatham.
Chatham-Kent police said through investigation the woman was found to be wanted on two warrants for failing to attend court.
She was arrested and taken to police headquarters where she was held for a bail hearing.

Two charged following 911 hang-up call
A pair from Chatham is facing several charges after a 911-hang-up call.
Chatham-Kent police said the call came from around the area of St. Anthony Street in Chatham.
When police attended the area they found a 22-year-old man and a 24-year-old woman.
Police said the man, who was found to be breaching his release conditions, provided officers with false identification.
He was arrested for 12 counts of failing to comply with his release order and three counts of obstructing police.
The woman was arrested for three counts of facilitating a breach.
Both were taken to police headquarters. The woman was released with a future court date while the man was held for a bail hearing.
