UPDATE: County Rd. 46 Reopens After Crash (Gallery)

The Ontario Provincial Police has reopened a section of County Rd. 46 after a fatal crash involving two cars and a dump truck.

The three-car collision happened just after 9am this morning at the intersection of County Rd. 46 and County Rd. 23.

Police shut down County Rd. 46 between Lakeshore Rd. 203 and Lakeshore Rd. 209. The northbound lanes of Naylor Side Rd. are closed at South Middle Rd.  The roads reopened just after 4pm.

The driver of one of the vehicles was pronounced dead at the scene while the driver of the other car was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The dump truck driver was not injured.

Police haven't indicated when the roads will reopen.
