Bruce, Wellington Reps Among 2016 Faces Of Farming

Bruce County is represented in the 2016 Faces of Farming calendar.

Wanda Snobelen of Ripley is the face for March.

Two of the 2016 calendar pages feature farmers from Waterloo Region.

AmyBeth Brubacher of Elmira is on the July page - Rob, Julie, Presley, Rilee and Brinkleigh Eby of Ayr on the faces for December.

The 11th edition of the Faces of Farming calendar was unveiled at the recent Farm & Food Care Harvest Gala in Kitchener.

It showcases farmers and farm families from across the province to highlite the farmers who produce Ontario's food and the passion they have for agriculture.

Scanning the QR codes on the bottom of each calendar page directs viewers to video interviews with each of the farmers and farm families.

About 4 thousand of the calendars are being sent out to politicians, grocery stores, butcher shops and media sources.
