Spitfires Double Steelheads 4-2

The Windsor Spitfires downed the Mississauga Steelheads 4-2 in OHL action on Thursday.

After a scoreless first period, both teams scored twice in the second to tie the game, with Gabriel Vilardi and Logan Brown netting the two goals for Windsor. Brown made his second goal of the night 3:22 into the third, followed by Jeremiah Addison who scored with 30 seconds left in the game on an empty net.

Windsor goaltender Michael DiPietro made 25 saves during the game.

The Spitfires take on the Storm next in Guelph on Friday at 7:30pm
