Spits Lose Third Straight Game

The Windsor Spitfires fell 2-1 to the Ottawa 67's on Sunday in their third loss in a row.

The Spitfires were first to score eight minutes into the game, but Ottawa was able to tie things up with a goal before the second period. After no scoring in the second, the 67's edged ahead of Windsor with a single goal in the third to earn the win.

Jalen Chatfield scored Windsor's only goal.

The Spitfires will take on the Peterborough Petes on Monday at 2:05pm.
