Windsor Fire Prevention Officer Chris Kreibich says the fire at Hand in Hand on Sandwich Street started in the kitchen around 10:40 p.m.
Staff were able to get all the clients out, and nobody was hurt.
The damage is mostly contained to the kitchen, although there was smoke damage elsewhere in the building.
