A 53-year-old man is facing charges in connection with sexual assaults involving two children.
The Windsor Police Service Child Abuse and Sexual Assault Unit started the investigation in July after hearing about the sexual offences.
Investigators determined the alleged offences involving unwanted touching happened on multiple occasions between 2019 and 2023. Police allege one of the children was also threatened to prevent the reporting of the incidents.
Raymond Hebert, 53, was arrested on July 24 and faces charges of sexual assault, sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching, uttering threats, and assault.
Investigators believe there may be other victims.
Windsor police say they will not be releasing further details to protect the identity of the victims.
