Single vehicle crash in Windsor results in impaired driving charges

A crash on the E.C. Row Expressway near Ojibway Parkway on Wednesday has resulted in impaired driving charges against a LaSalle man.

The Ontario Provincial Police charged the 36-year-old with two counts of impaired driving and one of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.

Officers were called to the crash site just after 7 a.m. for a single-vehicle collision.

The OPP didn't say if anyone was hurt.

The driver will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on June 10.

Officers suspended his license for 90 days and impounded his vehicle for a week.

Anyone who suspects a driver is impaired or has any urgent traffic complaint should call 911 immediately.
