Police say a 30-year-old man was clocked going 151 kmk/h on the E.C. Row Expressway near Lauzon Parkway. The speed limit is 100 km/h.

That driver is also charged with driving without insurance.

A 19-year-old was arrested in the second incident after officers spotted his vehicle going 108 km/h in a 50 zone. The driver was pulled over on Dominion Boulevard near Totten.
