UPDATE: Suspect in alleged Windsor knife incident identified

Windsor Police say a suspect involved in an altercation at a downtown restaurant has been identified. 

Officers responded to an establishment near Wyandotte Street East and Dufferin Place at around noon on Good Friday, where a man was reported to have a knife. 

Officers said the suspect was asked to leave, and he allegedly pulled a black fixed-blade knife approximately six inches long before leaving the scene. 

No physical injuries were reported. 

Police reported late Tuesday night that the suspect was identified. There has been no word on whether an arrest was made.
