$40K fraud suspect added to Wanted in Windsor list

Windsor police are hoping someone can identify the latest entry on the "Wanted in Windsor" list.

Investigators are looking for 35-year-old Brook Locey, who is wanted on multiple fraud charges.

Police say Locey allegedly intercepted cheques issued by his employer to a third party. He then altered the cheques and put them in his own bank account.

The company reportedly lost about $40,000.

Locey is wanted on charges of fraud over $5,000, uttering a forged document, and failure to comply with probation.

He is described as a White male, with a light complexion and medium build, approximately 5’ 8”, 150 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes.

Anyone who knows where Locey is should call Windsor police's Financial Crimes Unit at (519) 255-6700, extension 4330. Anonymous tips may be submitted to Crime Stoppers at (519) 258-TIPS (8477).
