WFRS said extensive damage was caused to a garage behind a home in the Algonquin Street and Partington Avenue area around 4:30 a.m. March 28.
Approximately $150,000 in damages was caused by the flames.
According to WFRS, no injuries were reported and no one was displaced due to the blaze.
Windsor police has taken over the investigation.
The conservation warns residents to be extra cautious and to avoid waterways that are running high.
