Windsor Police are making a plea to the public to help them find a suspect in an ongoing fraud investigation.
Police are looking for a white woman who is between 25 and 35 years old, about 5'8", and with brown curly hair. At the time of the incident, the woman wore a black jacket and black pants.
Investigators started investigating last month after a woman entered a business on Tecumseh Road East between Lauzon Parkway and Jefferson Boulevard, and left with several items without paying.
