LaSalle Police warn public about fake $100 bills

Police in LaSalle is reminding local businesses to check the authenticity of any $100 bills they receive before accepting them as payment.

Police are investigating multiple reports of counterfeit bills circulating in the community.

The bills were printed with anti-counterfeit measures which can be compared with the Bank of Canada's webpage.
