Stunt driver caught going 55 km/h over speed limit

A driver was caught going over 50 km/h over the speed limit.

On Saturday, Windsor Police Traffic Enforcement Unit stopped a car stunt driver on Wyandotte Street East.

The 23-year-old man was traveling at 105 km/h in a 50 km/h zone.

In a post to X, the Windsor police reminded drivers that speed limits are in place for everyone's safety.

The driver's license was suspended for 30 days, and his vehicle was impounded for 14 days.

Additional penalties may be incurred when he goes to court.
