The Ontario Provincial Police were called to the arena on Mcaffee Street on September 14 to investigate the altercation.
They found out the fight started in the arena's lobby.
The victim suffered minor injuries.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on October 31.
