The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors reported a drop in home sales last month.
There were 381 properties sold in September, down 14.7 per cent from the same month the previous year.
Overall sales this year are down 3.63 per cent compared to the same time frame in 2024.
There were more houses on the market with 1,262 listings in September 2025, up 4.6 per cent from 2024.
The average sale price was $590,008.
