A 65-year-old man is facing charges after allegedly exposing himself in front of children.
Windsor police said they were called to the area of Giles Boulevard and Mercer Street around 8 p.m. on Thursday after a report of an indecent act.
Witnesses told police a man stopped his vehicle in front of a home, exposed his genitals, and committed an indecent act in the presence of children.
Officers learned the licence plate number of the suspect vehicle and got a photo of the suspect.
Later that evening, a man turned himself in at the Windsor Police headquarters downtown.
The man was charged with exposing genitals to a person under 16 years of age for a sexual purpose.
