Firefighters were called to a home on Jos St. Louis Avenue between Tecumseh Road East and Rose Street around 10:30 p.m.
No one was hurt in the fire.
Windsor fire officials completed their investigation on Thursday, and concluded that the cause was undetermined.
Extensive damage was reported to the room of origin.
The damage estimate is $365,000.
