Four displaced in Windsor house fire

Four people are looking for a place to stay after a fire swept through a home east of downtown Windsor.

Windsor Fire and Rescue Services arrived at the house early Thursday morning on Langlois Avenue near Cataraqui Street.

Multiple units fought the blaze, which produced heavy smoke in the house's basement.

Nobody was hurt.

An investigator was still at the scene to determine the cause and origin of the fire. The preliminary damage estimate is at $200,000.
