Elderly pedestrian succumbs to injuries

An 87-year-old who was struck while walking on McNorton Street Monday morning has died from their injuries.

The Windsor Police Collision Reconstruction Unit is still investigating the incident.

Investigators determined a vehicle travelling eastbound on McNorton struck the pedestrian between Banwell Road and Waterford Avenue around 8 a.m.

There have been no charges at this time.

Anyone who witnessed the collision or has information about the incident is asked to contact the Collision Reconstruction Unit at 519-945-9645.
