Windsor police seek suspect in east-end robbery

Investigators are looking for a man suspected in a robbery last week in east Windsor.

Windsor police were called to a business in the area of Tecumseh Road East near Lauzon Parkway at around 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Officers learned that a man entered the establishment and demanded money.

The employee handed the suspect cash from the till, and the suspect ran. No one was hurt.

The suspect is described as a White male, 25 to 35 years old, 5’ 9”, and weighing about 200 pounds. At the time of the incident, the suspect wore a grey Reebok sweater with a white logo on the front, black pants, a baseball hat, and black shoes. He was also carrying a black backpack with a small red logo.

Police have released security camera images of the suspect.
