Theft suspect wanted after four incidents at retail stores

Windsor Police hope someone will recognize a man from two photos released Monday morning.

The suspect is wanted after someone entered four stores between February 21 and 24 and left with merchandise without paying.

The merchandise is worth $1,277.

Police describe the man as Black, 30 to 40 years old, about 6' and 140 lbs. He had short black hair and a full beard.
