Scott Kersey, 64, was last seen on December 25 wearing a white suit with black lapels and possibly hiking boots.
Kersey is described as a Black man who is 5'3" tall and 100 lbs.
Anyone who sees him or might know where he could be is asked to call the Windsor Police Service.
