Pool at Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex shuts down Tuesday

Residents in LaSalle will not have the option of taking a swim at the Vollmer Culture and Recreation Complex starting on Tuesday.

The Town of LaSalle is closing the pool, sauna, and hot tub on September 5 for annual maintenance.

Those amenities will reopen on September 29.

In the meantime, residents can take a dip at the public outdoor pool on Front Road at Laurier Drive, expect on Labour Day Monday.

The outdoor pool is open for free recreational swims every Saturday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. until September 23.
