Most of the park has been closed to the public since the last day of Bright Lights Windsor on January 8, 2023.
The last of the equipment and fencing for the light festival has been removed and parks crews have returned the park to its usual operation.
Over 100,000 people visited the park for the festival between December and January.
Park staff started installing the light displays in October.
According to the municipality, this would be the largest single investment in Chatham-Kent's history.
