"Production employees should not report to work unless directed by their supervisor," the notification said. "Skilled Trades and Apprentices should report to your regular shift."
The reason for the shutdown is unclear.
Production is scheduled to resume the week of January 9.
Chatham-Kent police reported a 44-year-old man driving a pickup truck was killed in the crash at Jeanettes Creek Road and Coutts Line around 6 p.m. Tuesday.
