Windsor police have reopened a section of the E.C Row Expressway after an early morning crash on New Year's Day.
Police responded to the collision in the westbound lanes of E.C Row at Howard Avenue just after 3:10 a.m.
Police posted on social media that the express way was closed in both directions between Howard and Walker.
Shortly after 4 a.m. police posted that E.C. Row had reopened to traffic.
