"I didn't sleep all night," says excited Windsor lottery winner

The wife of a lucky Windsor man might get a new car after her husband won over $75,000 in the Lotto 6-49 draw.

Bill Stollar bought his $2 ENCORE ticket for the draw on August 7 at the Shoppers Drug Mart on Huron Church Road.

The 57-year-old professor often buys lottery tickets.

"I was up at 1 a.m. when I checked my ticket, and I didn't sleep all night," he told the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto.

He told his wife about his good fortune right away.

"She was excited. Her eyes were like saucers! I told my son the next day, and he was happy for me," said Stollar.

He said he would invest the money and buy his wife a car.
