Police looking for witnesses to crash

Windsor police officers are looking for more information about a single-vehicle crash that sent a man to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Around 2:45 p.m. on March 23, a red Pontiac Montana van struck a pole on Ojibway Parkway. The driver, the only person in the van, was removed from the vehicle and taken to the hospital.

The road was closed for several hours as the accident reconstruction team investigated the crash.

The investigation is ongoing and officers are looking to speak to anyone who may have seen the collision. They are also asking anyone driving in the area at the time who has a dashcam to review their footage for possible evidence.
