Fire officials in Essex say that a weekend fire was declared an accident.
Crews responded in the early morning hours of Sunday to the incident in a multi-unit residential building. The location of the fire was not immediately disclosed.
Two fire companies responded to the fire, which caused extensive damage to one of the units.
The fire was declared an accident with estimated damage at $30,000.
There were no injuries reported.
