OPP investigate fatal Hwy. 3 crash

Essex County OPP are investigating a fatal collision involving a motorcycle and a vehicle on Highway 3 in Tecumseh.

Provincial police said the fatal crash happened Friday evening on Hwy. 3, west of Walker Road at approximately 6:30 p.m.

The motorcycle driver was taken to a nearby hospital where they were pronounced dead. The motorcyclist has not been identified.

Police said the driver and lone occupant in the motor vehicle was treated for minor injuries.

OPP said the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 1-888-310-1122.
