Windsor police investigating armed robbery

Windsor police are looking for a suspect involved in an armed robbery on Canada Day.

Around 1:30 a.m., police were called to a business on Tecumseh Road East near Lauzon Parkway. An employee reported that a man came into the store, pulled out a knife, and demanded several items. The suspect stole the items and ran from the scene.

The suspect is described as a white male, 20-25 years old, around 6'0" tall, with a slim build. At the time of the incident, he was wearing grey jogging pants, a black hooded sweater, black Nike running shoes, and a blue surgical mask.
