The Ontario Provincial Police has charged a 30-year-old man after a fire at Wineology in Tecumseh on Monday.
It was the second fire in less than two weeks after the Wineology restaurant on Wyandotte Street East burned, causing $700,000 damage.
Nobody was hurt in Monday's fire, at the corner of Tecumseh Road East and Manning Road, and it opened the next day, but it caused $50,000 damage.
On Wednesday, the OPP released photos of a "person of interest" in their investigation.
Now Joseph Hanlon of Essex faces two charges of arson, including disregard for human life and damage to property. Police also charged him with possession of break and enter instruments, and break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence.
The charges have not been proven in court.
The fire on Wyandotte Street East in Windsor was ruled accidental. It started in the kitchen hood exhaust system.
