A Sarnia man will be sentenced October 1 for several robberies in his hometown, Windsor and Alberta.
Dustin Robinson pleaded guilty to 15 counts of robbery in a Windsor court.
Robinson was charged in April of 2017 after an inter-provincial investigation by Windsor police, Essex County Ontario Provincial Police, Calgary police, and the RCMP.
In July 2017, an Alberta judge granted Robinson bail, and he disappeared soon after prompting officials to issue a Canada-wide arrest warrant.
That October, he was arrested in Sarnia.
He was accused of five robberies in 2016 and 2017 in Windsor, four in Lakeshore, one in Sarnia, one in Wyoming, and four in Alberta.
