Bike Windsor-Essex said hundreds of people choose to ride their bikes to work each day, and more join them every year.

While commuting by car can be expensive and stressful, biking to work can save money, promote health, and is considered a good environmental option.

The city has celebrated commuter cycling for almost two decades, and Monday's event will kick off Bike Month in Windsor.
