Suspected vandalism of school buses investigated

Windsor police are looking for information after a number of school buses were damaged on the weekend.

Officers were called around 10 a.m. Sunday to a location on Ojibway Parkway near Black Oak Prairie Heritage Park after some buses were vandalized. Thirteen buses showed significant damage, consisting of broken windows, windshields, doors and lights.

Police believe the damage occurred sometime between 10 a.m. Saturday and 8:30 a.m. Sunday.

Anyone who may have seen any unusual activity in the area during that time frame, or who has any information is asked to call Windsor police at (519) 255-6700 or Crime Stoppers at (519) 258-TIPS (8477).
