A Tecumseh tool & die worker will have happier holidays this year.
Thomas Hughes of Tecumseh won $433,189 in the November 16 LOTTO MAX draw.
“I enjoy playing DAILY GRAND, LOTTO 6/49 and LOTTO MAX but this is my first big win,” said Hughes.
The 66-year-old is married and has two children.
“I finally discovered my win when I checked over the winning numbers while eating my breakfast,” added Hughes.
He plans on investing his winnings for retirement.
“Winning the lottery is something everyone dreams about!” he said.
The winning ticket was bought at Zehrs on Manning Road at Tecumseh Road in Tecumseh.
